Abstract

This work is a subject matter as controversial among doutrinadores, teachers, scholars and professionals who work in the legal field. When discussing the role of the boards of Human Rights and the effectiveness of its functions, it is observed that society ignores their activities. Thus conceptual aspects will be reviewed, and the historical evolution of human rights, with direction turned to Brazil, with focus on Education, Family, State and Public Security. Look will still applicability of Human Rights by the police.
