Results:- Its objective of the suggested article includes several characteristics and features of tracking employees, data management and monitoring and maintaining their records and providing information services. Independent sample T-Test was carried out using IP and Geo Tracking and Biometrics. IP and Geo Tracking (81.25%) performs better than Biometrics (79%). A statistically significant disparity exists between Geo Tracking and (p <0.01) 2- tailed.
