Results: The VAS score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group (P<0.05); the total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group (P<0.05); the incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that of the control group (P<0.05). 目的:探讨手法配合桃红四物汤治疗肘关节骨折后粘连的疗效及安全性。方法:本研究以肘关节骨折后粘连患者为研究对象。2018年3月至2019年3月共收治200例。按照随机抽取、分组的原则，将其分为观察组100例和对照组100例，分别采用手法联合桃红四物汤及常规治疗方法对两组指标进行分析比较。结果:观察组患者VAS评分低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组不良反应发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:手法配合桃红四物汤治疗骨折后肘关节粘连患者效果显著。
