Abstract

Aircraft scheduling is an important research topic in the world. We established the flight model of the aircraft tookoff and landed, considering the aircraft landing mode, the airport operation mode, the safety, the punctuality rate and the takeoff and landing efficiency, the principle of fairness and justice.
