Towards Content Exchange and Interoperability between Lecture Recordings

Abstract

Lecture recordings are an important aspect of today's education. However, lecture recording systems and their recordings are often incompatible with each other. Thus, recordings cannot be replayed in other systems' players, or be reused for mash-up. To address this problem, we present a lecture recording ontology that servers as an inter-lingua between different lecture recording representations.
