PERANCANGAN TATA KELOLA TEKNOLOGI INFORMASI MENGGUNAKAN FRAMEWORK COBIT 2019 PADA HOTEL XYZ

Abstract

Astara Hotel Balikpapan is one of the business units engaged in the hotel sector which has a 4 star rating so it requires facilities and infrastructure so that hotel services are satisfying. One of them is, information technology to support business processes contained in Astara. This research aims to design a governance system so as to produce an important process for Astara. The stages are carried out by analyzing the state of Astara Hotel based on the eleventh design factors which consist of aspects of strategy to company size. An important process for Astara consists of BAI05 Managed Organizational Change, BAI06 Managed IT Changes, BAI07 Managed IT Change Acceptance and Transitioning, BAI11 Managed Projects, BAI02 Managed Requirements Definition
