Mobile technology for refugee resilience in urban and peri-urban Malaysia

Abstract

This ongoing research project unpacks the issues surrounding urban refugees' access and use of mobile information communication technology (ICT) in Malaysia. The study also explores how UNHCR Malaysia and other refugee assistance stakeholders could integrate mobile ICT innovation into their standard operating procedures for improved service delivery.
