Employment Relations in SMEs: The United States

Abstract

This overview of employment relations in small to medium sized enterprises (SMEs) in the United States was produced for a Workshop on industrial relations in the EU, the USA, Japan, and other global economies, 28 - 29 November 2006, Berlin, Germany for the European Foundation for the Improvement of Living and Working Conditions (Eurofound). The questions it answers were submitted by Eurofound in order to provide a consistent comparison between and among the countries invited.
