Jenis penelitian ialah eksplanatori secara kuantitatif. Populasi penelitian ialah pelanggan Rumah Makan Nasi Krawu Mbuk Ju Gresik Jawa Timur dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 80 pelanggan.
