Design of a Web System to Improve the Process of Technical Supervision in the Incidents of the Hydrocarbons Regulatory Institution

Abstract

In this article, the design of a web system was carried out to improve the process of technical supervision of the incidents of a hydrocarbons regulatory company. This research was developed using the Scrum methodological framework because it has an agile methodology and fits our work, it was possible to design the prototypes, the system architecture, and the database, among other important points.
