Opportunities and Challenges of Initiative-Innovative Cluster Structures within Large-Scale Systems of the Medical Industry and Healthcare

Abstract

The article deals with the concept of initiative-innovative cluster development in the large-scale systems of the medical industry and healthcare. Risk management based on various criteria is also essential for ranking medical enterprises considering internal and external environmental conditions. We researched the possibility of medical industry enterprises and healthcare institutions participating effectively in innovative cluster structures. The authors proposed a model for identifying the compliance of the input indicators of the economic system with a specified output using the Kohonen neural network to estimate the initiative cluster effectiveness and sustainable development.
