Establishment of an Evaluation Index System for the Overseas Strategic Climate of Cross-border E-Commerce Based on LightGBM Model

Abstract

China's cross-border e-commerce has witnessed prime time for development When developing cross-border e-commerce, enterprises should first assess the market environment of the target country and reasonably select the target country. This paper establishes an index system for evaluating the strategic climate of China's cross-border e-commerce abroad, uses the LightGBM method in machine learning to train and predict the established index system. Finally, the rationality of the index system is verified, and the weights of each index are also obtained. It provides a reference for cross-border e-commerce enterprises on which indicators and factors they should focus on when selecting target countries.
