Big Data Era: Research on Data Literacy Education in Colleges and Universities

Abstract

The advent of the era of big data has promoted the development of all walks of life in society, and it is urgent to have talents with high levels of data literacy. As a strategic highland for talent training, colleges and universities should actively carry out data literacy education to meet the new needs of the state and society. Starting from the application of data literacy in college education, this paper first clarifies the connotation of data literacy, then analyzes why college education needs data literacy from different angles, and finally introduces how to integrate data literacy into college education from different perspectives.
