Abstract

Our approach endeavors to adequately integrate distance-learning platforms MOOC (Massive Open Online Courses) into the administration system ruling the Moroccan universities. First, we give an overview of Moroccan projects about ICT (Information and Communication Technologies), and reveal the reasons behind the necessity of MOOC to deal with various educational and pedagogical problems.
