Research on an effective domain meta-search engine system

Abstract

The rapid growth of web information brings a fact that a single search engine can not return a satisfied result for users' queries. In this paper, we propose an effective domain search engine system, called DSES, which can obtain results by a unified interface to several searches and aggregates them using an efficient domain information determination algorithm. Finally, we give an experiment whose result proves the validity of the method using for searching domain Web page's information.
