Abstract

Since the Korean open data portal service was launched in 2013, the level of data openness has expanded qualitatively and quantitatively, and numerous applications using open data portal have been developed. Since 70-80% of administrative data is location-related information, most of portal data also have spatial information. This study proposes spatial data improvement schemes of open data portal. 开放数据门户的空间数据改善方案
自2013年韩国开放数据门户服务推出以来,数据开放水平在定性和定量上都得到了提升,并开发了大量使用开放数据门户的应用程序。由于70-80%的管理数据是与位置相关的信息,因此大多数门户数据也包含空间信息。本研究提出开放数据门户的空间数据改进方案。为此,首先分析了开放数据门户提供的3种数据类型(文件数据、开放API数据、标准数据),然后分析了门户中空间数据的现状和存在的问题。通过现状分析,提出了改进方案。首先,应该建立一个确定数据类型、信息级别和数据格式的系统。其次,要使数据管理机构多样化,并检验数据格式的相关性。最后,在空间信息的利用方面,应提供准确的参考系统信息,开发集成的API来转换位置参考系统,并对不规则位置参考系统的处理过程进行审查。
