In recent years, huge research has been performed to coincide the QCA based technology in designing digital logic circuits. In our paper, we proposed a 3-dot QCA based 2 : 1 Multiplexer (MUX) and 1 : 2 Demultiplexer (DEMUX) which has been designed and simulated. In this paper, we have shown the design of basic gates with 3-dot QCA and the design of MUX and DEMUX was done without any overlapping by using minimum gates. Abstract
