This study will explore the relationship between family capital and college students' employment intention through a questionnaire survey. By collecting 236 sample data of College Students' employment intention on the Internet, using SPSS 25 software to make descriptive analysis, correlation analysis, difference analysis, and regression analysis on the data, this paper discusses the impact of family capital on personal, professional status in today's society. Family research results show that family social capital factors include father's occupation and father's work unit, which greatly impact College Students' employment intention.
