Abstract

Based on the city data from 2003 to 2016, this paper evaluates the low-carbon level of Guangxi Province and cities. 基于FDA法的广西低碳发展指标动态评价
本文基于2003 - 2016年的城市数据,对广西及各城市的低碳水平进行了评价。采用熵权法计算各城市的低碳水平,然后采用FDA法和各种曲线考察潜在的动态变化。结果表明:(1)广西各城市低碳水平差异较大,南宁(0.7739)、柳州(0.3936)、桂林(0.3585)排在前三位,百色(0.1786)、河池(0.1726)、来宾(0.1726)(2)从不同城市低碳发展动态特征来看,多数城市低碳水平呈上升趋势,少数城市呈下降趋势;(3)从整体低碳发展的动态特征来看,广西整体低碳发展水平呈现先下降后上升的趋势,在样本期末仍保持明显的上升趋势。本文为广西低碳发展提供理论支持,对实现“二氧化碳排放峰值、碳中和”的目标具有重要的现实意义。
