Abstract
This review focuses on the recent advances of metallic carbon nanotubes (m-CNTs) towards their implementation as interconnects in high-frequency (HF) applications. S-parameters of fabricated passive devices using m-CNTs are summarized and discussed as well as the device characteristics.
