The planning scheme quality of the distribution network straightforwardly determines the safety, reliability, and economy of distribution networks. In order to select the optimal planning scheme, this paper establishes a comprehensive planning scheme evaluation method based on real scenery spatial information. The spatial image obtained from Geographic Information System (GIS) is processed through the U-net machine learning strategy to get the plot information. Then, the criterion hierarchy and the comprehensive evaluation method are established to rank the alternative planning schemes based on the plot information.
