Abstract

The distribution network is an unreplaceable link between the transmission network and power consumers. The planning scheme quality of the distribution network straightforwardly determines the safety, reliability, and economy of distribution networks. In order to select the optimal planning scheme, this paper establishes a comprehensive planning scheme evaluation method based on real scenery spatial information.
