The paper starts with a description of the reasoning behind our research. It then describes the used service-oriented approach, where the focus lies on the coupling mechanisms used to integrate mobile devices into the vehicle. Abstract

State of the art mobile devices, such as mobile phones and smartphones, feature a number of connectivity methods which are typically used to share services with other networked devices.
