Digitalization tools in ensuring the efficiency of the enterprise activity

Abstract

The paper discusses the current trends in the development of digital technologies in the world and their influence on management decisions by business entities. The level of development of digital technologies in Russia and the degree of its digitalization are analyzed. The key factors for the development of digital technologies and the importance of their development for the Russian economy are identified. The paper proposes the option of introducing an automated management information system for controlling the production system of an enterprise under digitalization conditions using function cost analysis. To understand the level of digitalization of an enterprise, the paper proposes to use the "Industry 4.0" maturity index developed by the National Academy of Science and Technology of Germany (Acatech).
