There is an urge industrial belt Tensioning showed that many belt failure occurrences is due to over tensioning of belt due to manual intervention. This work will provide device to Tension the belt to optimum level at all circumstances. The design may further extended to have closed loop system to auto adjust the belt tension based on running performance of the system.
