A flexible and adaptable physical layer implementation is needed to achieve a better enhancement cognitive radio system. In this paper, the proposed system based on the most beneficial spread spectrum technique based on the used parameters determined as the Frequency-hopping spread spectrum (FHSS) to attend the Physical layer requirements of Cognitive Radio. The used system based on the Throughput, Data Drop Rate, Detection Time and Delay Time simulation parameters. The used method provides high throughput performance for CR implementation with simulation parameters used and sent/received data messages, So the number of data transmission without errors increased. Besides, we simulate Noise-Jamming attack in cognitive radio network Environment.
