Based on the price-based demand response (PBDR) strategy, the guiding effect of TOU price on users’ peak-valley reduction is fully considered. Therefore, this paper establishes a TOU price model with the minimum peak-valley difference as the optimization objective, and solves the model to obtain the optimal TOU price. Abstract
