Abstract

The work of a pharmacist is very often an essential part of treating the patients. However, it is also an integral part of modern life, even in cases where it is not only about medicine but also concerning beauty products, vitamins, and more. The special regulation regulates this part of the law – it is necessary to pay attention and find the answers, to several very important questions about the liability for damage, in the pharmaceutical law. The violation of rights relating to personality has been specifically analyzed.
