Findings of the research revealed a great demand for such professionals, as 84.2 percent of the research participants indicated that such specialists were perceived as a necessity. They also stated that the need for such specialists would continue to grow. Their skills and abilities would enable establishment of organizations and communities, initiation and management of changes in the existing organizations.
