Abstract

The article examines the current state of the research activities of the Technical University. In the context of the transformation of an educational institution to solve the practical problems of the modern economy for the tasks of ensuring import independence, the structure of universities is being updated. One of the directions of such changes is the creation of innovation research institutes (RII-2) for Industry 4.0 based on university collaborations.
