Abstract

This study aims to determine the quality of public services at the Ambon City’s Population and Civil Registration Service Offices, and the dimensions of employee professionalism which are supporting and inhibiting factors for improving the quality of public services at the Ambon City’s Population and Civil Registration Service Offices.
