Abstract
The paper is aimed at modeling various radio engineering devices to incorporate them into a virtual laboratory. The development of a microwave transistor amplifier and its integration into a virtual laboratory are considered as well as connecting its model to a model of a vector network analyzer with a completely realistic interface.
