Abstract

With the rapid development of science and technology, the application of high-frequency circuits has become more and more extensive, and the demand for high-frequency electrical signal measurement has gradually increased. This paper gives a design of a high-speed data acquisition module digital system, real-time sampling rate up to 12.8GSPS. It can be widely used in the design of portable high-speed data acquisition cards with high sampling rate and high bandwidth to realize the measurement and analysis of high-frequency signals.
