Abstract

 e purpose of this research was to determine the incidence of motivation in the work performance of the administrative personnel of the Virgen de Cocharcas health network, Chincheros-Apurimac, by means of the quantitative method, with a non-experimental, transversal, correlational, causal logical scheme.  e results showed that motivation has a signi cant in uence (p<0.01) on work performance, whose general values are: r=0.516** and r2= 0.2662. It is concluded that it is necessary to strengthen the motivation of the collaborators of the administration of the Virgen de Cocharcas health network in order to increase their work performance.
