It includes identifying roles and accountability being assigned in each decision- making area in data structure of student development. Abstract

Effective strategic planning and decision- making process is a complex process as it involves a large volume of data to produce quality information. In the context of Higher Education, specifically on student development, the worrying part is making poor decision due to incomplete, inaccurate and unreliable data.
