Exploration on the cultivation of College Students' leadership under the smart campus system

Abstract

The development of educational informatization has promoted the construction of smart campus in recent years. It is an integrated information technology means which combines all aspects of College Students' campus life and learning based on Internet technology. Under these circumstances, the talent training work in Colleges and universities is facing new challenges. To carry out the work efficiently, it is necessary to make some innovations based on the traditional methods of College Students' leadership training and combine it with the construction of smart campus organically. In this paper, how to develop college students' leadership training under the smart campus system is discussed in detail by taking the University of Electronic Science and Technology of China (UESTC) as an example.
