Abstract

The method is proposed for evaluation of the instantaneous values of power system performance parameters meeting the requirements of operation on a real-time basis, processing the non-stationary and distorted signals, ensuring minimum computational delay. The method allows to evaluate the following parameters: current and voltage magnitude and phase, frequency, active and reactive power. The sampling rate of the resulting parameters corresponds to the one of the initial data.
