Screening of General Innovation Principles for Management Conflict Resolution

Abstract

Research on management innovation methods based on TRIZ (Inventive Problem Solving Theory) will significantly improve the ability of enterprise management conflict resolution in China. The TRIZ tool, namely 40 Innovation Principles has become the mostly common applied TRIZ method in enterprise management. However, this method faces the difficulty of screening suitable innovation principles at the operational level, which seriously hinders the normal application of the method. This study used the Delphi method to select the suitable innovation principles. This paper took the conflict resolution between the general management parameters "improving product and service quality vs. reducing cost" as an example to explore the impact of 40 Innovation Principles on the conflict resolution. The Delphi method applied multiple rounds of questionnaires in the expert group, and the recovery questionnaire was analyzed to obtain an proper selection of the principles.
