Influence of the Operational Temperature on the Characteristics of LED Retrofit Lamps

Abstract

The paper discusses experiment carried out with retrofit LED bulbs, put in different lighting fixtures used in domestic and public premises. The temperature change of the LED lamps with operation time and according to the environmental conditions is investigated. The dependencies between the temperature and luminous flux and color coordinates of the emitted light are presented and conclusions are made.
