There are five maintenance methods used in this paper, consists of: Reliability, Availability, and Maintainability (RAM), Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM), Reliability Centered Spare part (RCS), Life Cycle Cost LCC, and Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE). The result of experiment show that the software can be used to optimize of maintenance policy with combination five maintenance methods. Abstract

In printing industry where the production is running for 24 hours, the performance of machine is very important to be maintained. When the machine is breakdown, the production will stop and disturb the production process. Therefore, the maintenance system should be managed effectively to solve those problems.
