Abstract

This research paper focuses on the use of "smart"information processing methods, such as factor analysis and expert systems construction, in applications of information and telecommunication technologies. Results of research by this technique can be used to support management decisions about the directions of further development in order to increase profitability of industrial enterprises, as well as in many other spheres of human activity.
