Creation of the knowledge management system to increase the competitiveness of the IT company

Abstract

Intellectual capital in all sectors of the economy becomes the main source of creating sustainable competitive advantages of enterprises, strengthening their potential value and meeting the dynamically developing demand. Especially it is true in the field of information technologies, where a high level of competition and the very nature of the activity make higher demands on the level of personnel qualification. It is the maintenance of high qualification of employees, the timely response to the emergence of new products and technologies forms the basis for the competitiveness of the IT company. In this regard, the goal of the study is to develop the principles for the creation and implementation of an organizational knowledge management system that would enhance the competitiveness of an IT company.
