Tarea de clasificación: Un método sencillo y de bajo costo para diseñar estrategias de neuromarketing de productos alimenticios

Abstract

Sorting task is a simple and low-cost method, compared to traditional methods, and its popularity has grown in the last 10 years. Sorting task is a determining method to develop neuromarketing strategies. The method allows knowing the similarities or differences between the analyzed products, as well as consumer preferences. There is a variety of studies on sensory analysis of food and non-food products. This article discloses the fundamentals of the Sorting Task method and its uses in food products. As a proposal, we suggest carrying out studies on traditional national drinks.
