Abstract

This article deals with decision making process in complex technical systems. Complex technical systems especially systems with set of technical, operational and tactical criteria describe complex systems features. The example of the complex system is ground based air defence system. Decision making process is there used for the purpose, of replacement older ground based air defence systems by new ones. The main article contribution is creating of useful algorithm for decision makers in decision-making process for replacement ground based air defence systems. According to algorithm it is necessary to create guide user interface for simplification of decision-making results computation.
