Every industry is affected by how well it is managed. Quality indicators and problems with the production of quality products are specific to each sector, including the hospitality industry. Satisfaction with the needs of guests is the main task of any hotel, therefore, hospitality industry enterprises are interested not only in providing accommodation services, but also in organizing their leisure time and providing additional services. Abstract
The article discusses the process of improving the quality of service in hotel enterprises through animation activities.
