Abstract

In the environment of high speed development of large user industries, in order to ensure safe and reliable access to the grid for industrial large users, this paper proposes an industrial large user access planning model based on access risk. First, the traditional economic and security indicators are replaced by risk indicators, and the risk indicator system is constructed by considering the uncertainty of large user access capacity.
