What defines management ability?

Abstract

Abstract This chapter introduces the characteristics of a farmer that defines his management ability, and discusses how these characteristics might be measured using psychometric tests. Those characteristics include: personality; attitudes to risky situations; intelligence; motivation, objectives and emotional intelligence; and learning style.
