Tomando como punto de partida el Derecho Constitucional y el Derecho Internacional Publico, desentrana los presupuestos y proyectos politicos subyacentes a las diferentes posiciones. Realiza un recorrido historico y problematiza los terminos actuales de la discusion EnglishThe article deals with the debates about the constitutional status of the Catholic Church and the other religious organisations in Argentina. Taking Constitutional Law and International Law as a starting point, it analyses the political ideas and political projects which underlie the different positions. The article adopts a historical perspective and considers the features of the current discussion on the subject
