On food safety system construction from the perspective of supply chain

Abstract

Food safety has been a hot topic of global focus. In this paper, we concentrate on food safety from the perspective of supply chain. To do this, we develop a mechanism combining government, industries and society together, and we show that such a structure provides an available approach to improving food safety in China.
