Abstract

Nursing staff turnover and absenteeism are reduced thanks to job satisfaction, which also enhances performance and productivity. Further research is required to determine how the interaction of these factors is impacted by individual initiative. This study's goal was to look into the relationships between nurses' personal initiative, work environment, and job satisfaction.
