Abstract

The report is devoted to the project of the dictionary of the Russian language abroad, reflecting the functioning of the Russian language outside the metropolis during the XX century. The urgency of creating such a dictionary is due to the need to reflect the Russian language abroad as one of the forms of existence of the Russian language.
